Hey there, I’m Shannon Victoria Ben Efrayim; portrait and lifestyle photographer based in the Vancouver, WA / Portland, OR area. I moved to Washington in 2019 with my husband, and we completely fell in love with the magic and beauty of the Pacific Northwest. We decided to plant our roots here and start our family.

 

I wear many hats, but my favorite is “mom.” Most of my passions, including photography, are a byproduct of motherhood. I started by photographing my two boys, and from there developed a love for turning everyday moments into something more artful and magical.

 

I’m all about capturing meaningful moments. From the candid in-betweens during family sessions, to the bold confidence of a portrait shoot, and everything in between. Whether we’re documenting everyday beauty or creating something completely unique, my favorite thing is bringing the vision and your personality to life.

 

While I’m a mom first, always, photography is where I get to fill my own cup outside of motherhood. It’s where I let creativity fully flow. From start to finish, every detail of my work is intentional and thoughtfully curated to create something special and unique.

 

I’m a big believer in collaboration. I want your photos to feel like you… genuine, vibrant, and maybe even a little bit whimsical! Together, we can take an idea and turn it into something next level.

 

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me chasing my kids, in the garden, baking something sweet, or (much to my husband’s dismay) deep into a DIY project. I live for makeup, fashion, antique hunting, interior design, and a good pop punk show. And if you love RuPaul’s Drag Race, we’re already besties.
